PALEO SAMPLE MENU
Breakfast: Aztec Breakfast Bowl- House made turkey sausage with kale, spicy sweet potato hash, roasted peppers, scrambled egg/egg white blend and spicy tomato sauce (360 cal, Regular, 450 cal, Large)
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Avocado Salad- Roasted Mary’s non-GMO air chilled chicken breast with celery, green apple, raisins, and walnuts in fresh Paleo avocado “aioli”, Happy Boy baby salad mix, cu- cumbers, pickled Bermuda onions, lemon avocado dressing (380 cal- Regular, 470 cal- Large)
Dinner: Broccoli Beef- Simple paleo stir fry of Coke Farm’s broccoli, white and orange carrots, water chestnuts, winter squash, and green and red sweet bells, with Paleo pineapple ginger sauce (340 cal- Regular, 450 cal- Large)
