Regular meals are generally about 350-400 calories and contain ~3 oz. of lean protein, 1-2 servings of complex fiber rich carbohydrates, and 2-3 servings of fresh seasonal vegetables.
Large meals are generally about 430-530 calories and contain ~5 oz. of lean protein, 1.5-3 servings of fiber rich complex carbohydrates, and 3-4 servings of fresh seasonal vegetables.
The above statements may make the meals sound scientific and bland, but that’s just a summary of the guidelines we use to portion the meals.
